This Merge Letter Template is used to produce merge letters based on Mailing Codes:
Recipients Tab Select from Public or Private codes Select a mailing code or a combination of mailing codes from the list presented
Letter Information Tab Up to three Re lines
Select either a hard or an updating date
Select Mailing Certifications from the drop down menu
Choose to include/exclude the firm's logo
Signature Tab Select a salutation from the drop down menu Author information is pre-filled with the author's preferences from the Employee Database. This screen allows the author to select/remove these options
Attachments and Routing Tab Select Attachments or Enclosures Enter cc and bcc recipients here
Office Location Tab If your firm has multiple offices, this tab will appear. Select the office to which you are assigned and the correct address and phone information will appear in the letterhead.
