KI Systems' Messaging API (MAPI) Connector is an optional component that allows the Enterprise Address Book contact information to be accessed from within an email program that supports the Microsoft Extended MAPI standard. 

Common MAPI compliant email programs are Microsoft Mail, Exchange, Outlook or GroupWise.
