This Merge Envelope Template is used to produce merge envelopes based on a data document:
Recipients Tab Select to create a data document or retrieve an existing one Enter the sender's name or initials Enter the file number Select Mailing Certifications from the drop down menu Choose to include/exclude the firm's logo Choose to include/exclude the bar code
Office Location Tab If your firm has multiple offices, this tab will appear. Select the office to which you are assigned and the correct address and phone information will appear in the return address area
