Address Book Report for Personal Organizers

You can print off Address Book Records and print them for your personal organizer.  You have three choices of reports:

  1. Owner Report

  2. Client Matter Report

  3. Codes Report

  • From the Address Book Button, click on the Address Book Reports and the following screen will appear:

  • Select any of the Standard reports (the others are formatted as tables, to be used for merge printing.)

  • When it is done formatting, save the document.

  • Click File, Page Setup, Paper and change the paper size to fit your personal organizer.
