Insert Hyperlink's into a Document

You can insert a hyperlink from any web page on the internet into your document.  When you send this file to someone or if they download it from a server, the recipient can launch that web page from within your document.

  • Position the cursor where you want the hyperlink to appear.
  • Click Insert, Hyperlink.
  • Under "Link to", select Existing File or Web Page.
  • In the Address field, enter the web address.
  • Click OK.
