Client Matter Information


Client Matter information can be manually administered via the Client Matter Tab of the KI Admin Tool. This feature allows you to Add, Edit or Delete available Client Matter or File Numbers from the database.  Optionally, firms can request an automated daily import/export process for maintaining this critical data.  Based on your firms needs, we can create and support a variety of import/export processes to our database.  

For firms wishing to totally remove the tedious effort of performing daily client matter updates, KI Systems can provide a near real-time exchange of this critical information between database platforms.  Our Replication Modules can be tailored to automatically retrieve and update Client Matter data between SQL Server databases without IT staff intervention.
